What are the factors that promote cellulitis?

Cellulitis, also referred to as orange peel skin, corresponds to a build-up of subcutaneous fat, compressing the blood and lymph vessels and thus slowing toxin drainage and elimination.

Lack of exercise, eating habits, excess weight, tight clothing, smoking, etc. are all factors that can influence cellulitis.

A number of nutritional errors can promote the appearance of orange peel skin: for example not eating sufficient amounts of protein and good fat, a low-fibre diet (a high-fibre diet helps eliminate waste and toxins from the body), excessive intake of salt, bad fats (saturated fatty acids such as butter) and sugar.

Eating well, however, is not sufficient to limit cellulitis.

Excess fat + poor circulation + water retention = cellulitis. You must thus combat these three factors.

What advice do you have for cellulitis problems?

  • Apply local mechanical action to break up the adipose cells, using the palpate-roll massage technique (pinch and roll the skin between two fingers) and finish with a cold shower to activate circulation.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Drink 1.5 l of water each day in varied form (water, herbal tea, etc.) to activate drainage and toxin elimination.
  • Eat in the most varied and balanced manner possible.
  • Avoid wearing over-tight clothes that prevent adequate blood flow.

Can I take more than 2 hard capsules of the Green Tea Guarana supplement for more than 1 month?

Our dosage forms are determined according to the active substances present in our products. Thus, for the Green tea-Guarana food supplement, due to its high caffeine content, we recommend taking only 2 hard capsules per day in the morning, for a period not exceeding 1 month. As a general rule, you should observe the indicated dosages, in particular for all the slimming products.

How long can I take the Aqualigne Slimming supplement for?

Please note that, depending on the desired goal, Aqualigne Slimming can be used in 2 different ways:

  • Slimming Starter programme: Take 1 dose (one full Aqualigne cap) per day for 8 days, either pure or diluted in a large glass of water.
  • Stabilisation programme: Take 1/2 dose per day for 16 days, either pure or diluted in a large glass of water.

If you wish, you can repeat the operation, though you must leave an interval of at least one week between each programme.

First of all, as a general rule you should avoid excessively strict diets that can cause frustrations and thus lead to "caving in" between meals.

The aim is to lose weight slowly and to avoid putting it back on. Hence, you should adopt a reasonable, balanced and varied slimming diet that you can follow on a daily basis, rather than an overly strict and difficult to observe diet.

For information, below are some general tips given in the context of a diet:

  • Eat 3 meals per day, at regular intervals. Do not skip any meals.
  • Eat slowly, remember to chew, avoid eating meals in front of the television.
  • Avoid snacking between meals.
  • Avoid adding too much salt.Drink a lot of water: 1.5 to 2 litres per day, in various forms (water, herbal tea, tea and weak coffee, vegetable broth).
  • Exercise regularly through daily activities: walking, climbing stairs, gardening. Regular observance will thus enable you to stabilise your weight loss and remodel your body.
  • Avoid weighing yourself too often: once or twice per week, in the morning before breakfast, on the same scales and wearing the same clothes.Allow yourself one little extra per week: it's good for morale and does no harm to your figure. This little pleasure must simply remain occasional and reasonable.
