How can I improve my visual comfort?
Vision is constantly stressed by everyday accommodation efforts, causing visual fatigue to appear at the end of the day. Some tips for relieving your eyes

Remember to massage your eyes! Close your eyes and make small circular movements starting from the inner corner of the eye, following the brow bone to the outer corner. This gentle pressure serves to reactivate blood flow. Ideally, you should perform this massage three times per day.
