Anti-fatigue plants

Anti-fatigue plants
Feeling out of sorts? Think about tonic plants

Transient fatigue, loss of form, occasional lack of muscle tone... we all, at one time or another, feel a little out of sorts, particularly in winter. Thankfully, tonic plants are here to help us stay fit. Amongst these, we can mention ginseng, ginger, guarana and acerola.

Ginseng: the vitality plant!

This widely known plant is recognized for its anti-fatigue properties. This is why it is also known as "vitality plant", or "root of life". It supports the body during transient weakness. It energises the body, reduces tiredness sensations, improves reflexes and also enables improved concentration and better stress management.

Ginger: a spice with taste, but also other properties...

This spice is well-known for its ability to add flavour to a somewhat bland dish. But let us take a closer look at its properties. Ginger is rich in minerals, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamins, iron, calcium, etc., a cocktail the leaves no doubts concerning its energising properties.
It is known to limit digestive disorders, but mainly to help the body recover all of its energy

Guarana and acerola

If guarana is known for its tonic properties, it is for the simple reason that it contains 2 to 3.5 times more caffeine than coffee itself! It is excellent for improving concentration, reducing stress and giving our body a boost.
And last but not least, acerola. This little cherry is indigenous to South America and contains very high vitamin C concentrations. It promotes energy metabolism and, consequently, energy production.
